What The Report Adds

The Charge Resolution Report applies that billing intelligence to your exact submitted transaction: the descriptor, amount, date, payment context, checks already attempted, and what you need to decide next.

  • Case-specific classification and confidence assessment.
  • Plausible alternatives instead of a forced answer.
  • Customized verification sequence, message, evidence checklist, escalation conditions, and action plan.

Classification model

How The Charge Is Classified

The report assigns one primary classification so the next step is clearer.

  • Expected and explainable
  • Identified but unwanted
  • Requires verification
  • Unexplained
  • Potentially unauthorized
  • Dispute already escalated
  • Insufficient evidence

EveryDaySolver does not determine fraud. The report organizes available facts and identifies the appropriate verification or escalation path.

Process

How It Works

  1. Purchase the report.
  2. Complete the privacy-conscious intake form.
  3. Submit one transaction and relevant context.
  4. EveryDaySolver reviews the case manually.
  5. Receive the PDF report by email within the target delivery window of 12 hours.
  6. Ask one clarification related to the original transaction.

What One Order Covers

  • One descriptor, transaction, amount, date, and payment context.
  • One report and one clarification.
  • Multiple charges only when clearly part of the same descriptor family and billing event.
  • Unrelated charges require separate orders.

Who This Is For

  • An unfamiliar posted charge or merchant name that cannot be confidently matched.
  • An unexpected amount or recurring charge you cannot explain.
  • Uncertainty about whether to wait, cancel, contact the merchant, or contact the bank.

Not Appropriate For

  • Emergency card-security response or suspected account takeover.
  • Full-statement review, identity-theft investigation, live bank negotiation, or legal representation.
  • Requests for promised merchant identification, promised refunds, multiple unrelated transactions, or complex denied disputes requiring extensive escalation support.

For immediate card-security concerns or suspected account takeover, contact the financial institution directly.

What You Must Provide

  • Exact statement descriptor, amount, currency, transaction date, and pending or posted status.
  • Payment type, country, bank or card issuer, recurrence status, and similar charge count.
  • Known subscriptions or purchases, merchant or bank contact already attempted, desired outcome, and optional redacted evidence notes.

Do not submit full card numbers, CVV, PIN, passwords, login credentials, full bank statements, Social Security numbers, national identification numbers, or unredacted account numbers.

Delivery And Clarification

Your PDF report is delivered by email with a target delivery within 12 hours. One clarification related to the same transaction is included. New transactions require a separate order, and materially new evidence may require a new review.

Refund And Scope Policy

Because this is a personalized, human-reviewed service, all sales are final once the review has begun.

If EveryDaySolver determines before completion that the case is outside the service scope, that the submitted information is insufficient to produce a meaningful report, or that the service cannot be delivered, the order may be cancelled and refunded at EveryDaySolver’s discretion.

Refunds are not provided because the charge is legitimate, the customer disagrees with the findings, a merchant refuses a refund, a bank denies a dispute, or the desired financial outcome is not achieved.

Legal And Consumer Notice

EveryDaySolver provides educational billing intelligence and structured decision support. It does not provide legal, financial, banking, or regulatory advice. It does not determine fraud. Merchant identification may remain uncertain. EveryDaySolver does not guarantee refunds, cancellation, dispute acceptance, or bank outcomes. The customer remains responsible for decisions involving their financial accounts. Immediate security concerns should be addressed directly with the financial institution.
